Instant gourmet green salad! The combination of colours and textures is instantly appealing and the mix of flavours makes for a very satisfying dining experience. A mix of loose popular salad leaves that are in season, usually including baby spinach, rocket, radicchio and baby cos. However, it could include other lettuce varieties: from the more traditional iceberg, bib, Boston and butterhead, to the arugula, endive, escarole, rocket, romaine and radicchio. Depending on variety these will come in an array of greens and reds. Leaves will be frilly, rounded, pointed or oak-leaf shaped providing a great variety of texture to your salad. Place in the crisper or in a plastic bag with a paper towel, in the fridge for up to 5 days.
