Description
The Lebanese Cucumber is slightly sweeter than other cucumbers. Like all others, they have a moderate source of vitamin C and are juicy with a high water content. Use in fresh salads, sandwiches, with dips and in cold sauces. They are also a great accompaniment to Indian dishes, cream cheese and smoked salmon.
