Description

Packed with vitamin C, the red and orange forms of capsicum are more mature and taste sweeter. Capsicums become milder as they mature, unlike many chillies. Remove the stem top and seeds. Use in salads, casseroles and omelettes. You can be quite creative cutting capsicums - rings, dice, slices, chunky pieces. If stuffing, cut in half lengthways. Their bright colour and high nutritional value makes them a great garnish for a lot of dishes. Store in the crisper of your fridge for up to 12 days.
