Description
Packed with vitamin C, the green forms of capsicum tend to have sharper and spicier flavour than the red and orange versions. Green capsicums are immature forms of the yellow and red variety. Remove the stem top and seeds. Use in salads, casseroles and omelettes. You can be quite creative cutting capsicums - rings, dice, slices, chunky pieces. If stuffing, cut in half lengthways. Their bright colour and high nutritional value makes them a great garnish for a lot of dishes. Store in the crisper of your fridge for up to 12 days.Place of origin
