Description

Succulent green beans are a good source of vitamin C and moderate source of vitamin A, iron, fibre and folate. To prepare for eating, cut off the tops and tails and remove any strings. They can be served hot or cold, but always avoid overcooking them so that you preserve that succulent crisp flavour. If serving cold after cooking, plunge into iced water to retain the fresh colour. They will store up to 5 days in the crisper or in a plastic bag in the fridge.
